No, you are welcome to wear comfortable sneakers if you are planning to hit golf balls or attending any of our fitness classes.

Diamond, Platinum, and Sapphire members can use the golf simulators for a maximum of 60 minutes per day. Additional time can be purchased, with a 10% discount exclusively available to members. Gold Members can use the golf simulators up to 3 hours a month, 60 minutes at a time.

GPI enforces an age restriction of 13 years and older. Regrettably, children under the age of 13 are not permitted at our facility.

While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals when our schedule permits, we want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee full appointments for those who arrive late. It is crucial to arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. Unfortunately, appointments that are more than 15 minutes overdue will be automatically canceled without a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining punctuality.

Our shower facilities are reserved exclusively for our valued members. Although we do not have dedicated locker rooms, we provide convenient cubbies and small lockers for our guests to utilize during their visit to our space.

Members can participate in up to 3 group classes per day, with unlimited access each month. Non-members can join classes for a drop-in fee of $30 per class. Age restriction for group classes is 13 and above.

Certainly! While walk-in guests are welcome, we recommend making advance reservations to ensure availability and a smooth experience. Reserving your spot through our website, mobile booking app, or by contacting our dedicated Club Concierge team is highly recommended. This ensures that you can fully enjoy the services you desire and minimizes the risk of any possible disappointment due to limited availability.

Although many guests prefer the comfort of loungewear while in our space, we want to assure you that you can fully enjoy our facility while wearing your everyday work or street attire. Remember to bring your bathing suit, and feel free to wear swimwear when using the infrared saunas. To enhance your experience, we provide clean towels for your convenience throughout your visit.

Complimentary guest passes are for the use of golf simulators only. Guest passes are applicable to new guests of GPI and reservations must be made by the member.

Each member is eligible for a 10% discount on any GPI service, including physical therapy, chiropractic work, massage, golf instruction, and fitness instruction.

The monthly benefits cannot be transferred to anyone else. But we encourage members to bring friends and family with them!

All tiers of Membership are contracted for at least 3 months with the exception.

Yes, there is an initiation fee; however, we provide discounts if you choose to pay the full membership upfront. Our membership director will be happy to assist you with any available offers.

Members have the option to pay monthly or in full. Memberships can be canceled any time. If paying in full with waived initiation fee or promotional discount, a minimum of 3 months membership is required before cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing by the member at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Yes! We encourage our members to bring guests in with them. As we are not an exclusive membership club, all of our services are available for anyone to reserve at our a la carte prices. For members, there are extra perks included to treat your friends and guests. They are: Memberships include guest passes every month for your guest to attend GPI.

There are two options for billing schedules. Upfront: Pay for the full year of membership upfront and we will waive the $500 initiation fee. Monthly: There are no contracts, allowing members to choose between monthly or annual payment options and cancel anytime. A 3-month minimum membership commitment is required if initiation fee of $500 is waived.
